Three time Tour de France champion Alberto Contador will learn his fate in the doping case at the end of this month, according to the statement released by the International Court of Arbitration for Sports.
The press release by the court on its website also goes on to justify the delay in the case, adding that when the independence of the panel was questioned, there was nothing else that could have been done.
